The village just got a little virtual…

We all know how important it is for babies to receive nourishment, but how often do we forget that mothers need this just as much? Postpartum is a crucial time when nutrition plays a huge role in order to heal yourself and support another human being (your sweet newborn). Between sleep deprivation, demanding schedules and other factors, moms feel less supported and more overwhelmed than ever. That's why I created this digital e-book, Wonderfully Made (a virtual part of your village at your fingertips to help you out). I wanted moms to be informed, supported and empowered in their postpartum experience by equipping them with knowledge focused on holistic wellness tips, plenty of delicious recipes that you and/or your partner can prepare easily, ease anxiety when starting solids with baby, movement that feels good to aid with healing and more to help you thrive. It takes a village to raise a baby and a mama!

“As a newly turned mom of two, this e-book has been so wonderful in helping me walk through one of the hardest seasons yet. The recipes from the e-book are so amazing that we have started to implement the smoothies into our daily life. Proper nutrition was one of the hardest things for me going through pp first time around, this e-book has been a game changer for me. I highly recommend it, even my picky 4 year old loves these recipes.”

I remember as a little girl I would nurture all my baby dolls and stuffed animals, tucking them in to a shoebox with a little blankie, longing to be a mother one day. When it finally did happen, there was so much joy but also, so much responsibility. In those first few weeks postpartum where I was healing from birth, learning how to breastfeed, severely sleep deprived and completely immersed in figuring out this new human being, I gained so much more perspective, respect and compassion for the moms that came before me. Postpartum was challenging. It was stretching, physically and mentally, but what kept me grounded, balanced and supported was proper and adequate nourishment. I learned how to mother myself better while becoming a mom. I understand the mental load of preparing meals for baby and yourself is a lot (especially in that first year), which is why I wanted to create this resource. I find true fulfillment providing tools and guidance for others to enjoy and hope this serves you well on your journey.

Peace & Grace.
